on August 28th, the night before Zombie Attack, we are having a Zombie Double Feature and Meet & Greet at Bearno’s on Bardstown RD. the Movies will start at 8pm, it is free and all ages (though please be advised, they are rated R films). in between movies we will be raffling off 2 tickets to Dracula at Actor’s Theatre and a Dawn Of The Dead DVD Collector’s box from Wild and Woolly Video. read more about Zombie Attack and the Zombie Movie Night here.

August is here! and that means the end is nigh. Sunday August 29th at 8:29 pm our fair city will run screaming into the night. the 6th annual Zombie Attack is set to be the biggest and best yet with two stages of music with The Slow Charleston, Chadwick Wilde, DJ Jake and OK Zombie! Movies (Dead Snow and Dawn Of The Dead) and our annual costume contest with tons of prizes (free tattoos from Big Daddy’s, his & hers living wills from Ratterman funeral Home, gift certificates from Caufield’s and Ear X-tacy, movies from Wild and Woolly, and much more!) BBC beer tent, and a run for the Guinness book of World’s Records “largest Zombie Gathering!” we need every zombie in town to come out and help us win! Halloween with THE MONSTERS OF FOLK was nothing less than Legendary.

we had a great time hosting the costume party and watching a memorable performance by MOF on saturday. but, for us, the best part was scrambling to get the band in their KISS costumes and make up and back onto the stage before the encore. as well as joining the band onstage during their performance of ROCK N’ ROLL ALL NIGHT with our friends and contest winners. thanks boys-

Halloween with Monsters of Folk

WE have been asked to join the Monsters of Folk show at the Palace on Halloween. so we have planed a pre-show Costume party, Zombie Attack style! ticket holders are welcome to join us at 5:30 for a Monsters Of Folk costume party and an Audience juried costume contest. the contest will have 4 costume themes; scariest, sexiest, most unique, MOF member look-alike. the 4 winners receive 2 backstage passes each and an invite onto the stage with the band. We hope to see you there!

the door count at Bearno’s was just over 1000, which may be about half of the people who joined the walk, not to mention the multitude of onlookers Saturday at the fith annual Louisville Zombie Attack! by all acounts (excet for maybe one pissed off buss driver) this year’s Attack was the best yet! over the next few days we will be updating photo links and adding pictures to the Zombie Attack page. thanks so much to everybody who came out! we’ll see you next year!

Hot hot august nights mean only one thing in louisville, it’s time for ZOMBIE ATTACK! this year on sat aug. 29th we will hold the 5th annual LOUISVILLE ZOMBIE ATTACK. the party will again be held at BEARNO’S ON BARDSTOWN RD at 8pm with film and music from LAST CALL, COUNT GRONZY DJ JAKE and more. contests for KING, QUEEN, GROSSEST, HOTEST ZOMBIE, audience juried. this is an ALL AGES and FREE! the ‘attack’ takes place at dusk (8:29pm) at bardstown rd and eastern prkwy. we will meet at the usual place (behind object’s of desire) at 8pm.
