artist info for reissues

As part of the LOUISVILLE IS FOR LOVERS 10 year anniversary, we are planning

on reissuing titles from our back catalogue, for the first time, digitally.

the world has changed a lot since our first release, and most of our titles are out of

print, but the music is still a wonderful representation of our fair city.

so, starting in the beginning of 2010, LOUISVILLE IS FOR LOVERS titles,

as well as previously unreleased work, will be available for download online by

the think indie consortium.

compilation albums has been our passion for over a decade now, compilations

open us up to a whole new world of music, and gives bands a chance to

introduce themselves to a new audience.  in the digital world, compilations

are becoming a rare occurrence; albums as a whole are becoming a rare

occurrence.  we will be keeping the spirit of the compilation, by keeping all

albums as a whole, not track by track, and under the average sticker price.

we would like to make all information available to any previous LOUISVILLE

IS FOR LOVERS bands/artists.

if you have participated in LOUISVILLE IS FOR LOVERS releases and would

like to know more please contact us at [email protected] with

a band representative and mailing address.

we will send an information packet to the designated band representative. the

band representative can fill out the paperwork if your band does NOT want to

be included in the reissue project, or if you are interested in the financial

aspects with the distributor. you do NOT need to fill out paper work to be

included, but we would like to hear from you.

as you might imagine, it is hard contacting past bands, so please pass on this

info to anyone you know who may be interested.

thank you.
